Quality Engineer - Waterloo, Canada
Responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting quality data and metrics. Duties include installing and evaluating quality assurance process sampling systems, procedures and statistical techniques, assisting in establishing supplier quality assurance policies and procedures while interfacing with Quality Assurance group, and analyzing production and service limitations and standards.
Requirements include Quality Engineering or SPC (Statistical Process Control) courses from a recognized institute, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and experience in supplier quality assurance, supplier audit, QMS audit, and product audits and sampling. Certified Quality Assurance or Quality Engineer graduate, Quality Auditor Training, Electronics Engineering degree or diploma, Mechanical Engineering Technologist diploma/degree or Software Quality Assurance experience are assets.
Central Support Engineer, Tier 2 - Waterloo, Canada
Responsible for delivery of Tier 2 Analysis and Remote Technical Support to Equitrac's external customers. Tier 2 support includes engineering new technical solutions and managing calls through to resolution. The major focus will be Customer ownership through resolution, problem solving, engineering new solutions, managing other resources, and proactively preventing customer challenges. The Central Support Engineer will work closely with all other Equitrac technical resources to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum of two years call center / helpdesk or equivalent technical experience, knowledge in networking, MS Windows operating systems and database knowledge, completion of MCSE, excellent communication skills, the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
Account Executive -
Philadelphia, PA
Responsible for marketing and selling Equitrac products within an assigned territory. Duties include maximizing revenue within assigned territories and coordinating sales efforts with the Sales Engineer when required.
Requirements include BA/BS degree or equivalent with a major in business or marketing, 3-5 years successful software/hardware sales experience, and ability to maintain a high level of sales activity and high sales closure rate. Experience selling solutions to the Legal industry is required. Experience with copier sales and selling Cost Recovery or Time & Billing Software into the Legal industry is preferred.
Central Support Engineer, Tier 1 - Waterloo, Canada
Responsible for delivery of advanced technical consultation to Equitrac's key Channel Partners and their customers. The role will proactively liaise with Channel Partner sales engineers, business analysts and solution architects and provide advanced technical consultation in the design, implementation and support of key channel opportunities. The major focus will be to ensure Channel Partner success with Equitrac solutions through advanced technical design, implementation and environmental consultation, project management, proactive knowledge transfer and channel skills development.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum of two years helpdesk, field services or equivalent technical experience, completion of MCSE, strong knowledge of MS Windows Operating systems (including Vista), extensive knowledge of Windows printing subsystems, exceptional customer service skills, strong project management skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effective presentation skills, creative thinking and troubleshooting skills, and ability to interact and consult with clients in a professional manner. Knowledge of MAC, Novell and Unix are assets.
Inside Sales Representative (West) - Plantation, FL
Responsible for qualifying and closing sales with
Channel Partners for the West region. Duties include following up on all
leads generated through our corporate marketing efforts, supplying
product information when requested and engaging the appropriate indirect
channel partner when necessary. Requirements include an Associates
degree, 3+ years minimum experience in customer service/telephone sales
in a technical environment, outbound sales / telesales experience,
general knowledge of network terminology, strong verbal and written
communication skills, customer follow-up skills with a keen sense of
urgency, experience with CRM applications and ability to work both in a
team environment and independently. The position requires the ability to
cover West Coast hours, ideally from 11 AM to 8 PM EST.
