Michael Rich
President | CEO
Michael Rich has over 20 years experience in the technology industry, including launching and growing new businesses, building strategic partnerships, managing product development, and overseeing operations and finance.
Prior to joining Equitrac, Michael was Chairman & CEO for NetSpeak Corporation, a provider of VoIP network management, call management and desktop software. Earlier, he served as VP & General Manager with AT&T Business Internet Services and as Director of New Business Development with AT&T Global Information Systems. He earned both a MS Degree in Computer Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Miami. Michael also holds a BS in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Florida.
Angelo Gencarelli
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Angelo Gencarelli has over 20 years of senior management experience in mid-size and entrepreneurial organizations.
Prior to joining Equitrac, he was Senior VP of Operations and CFO for Applied Theory Corporation, a publicly traded internet solutions company which offered a comprehensive suite of managed web hosting, connectivity and security services for outsourced enterprise mission critical applications. Angelo was the CFO of Bess Eaton Donut Flour Company, a privately held, 55-location retail chain of coffee and donut shops located in southern New England. Angelo started his career with Ernst & Young, servicing a mix of public and private companies.
Angelo graduated Magna Cum Laude from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, New York with a B.S in Accounting and a minor in Philosophy.
Andrea Maizes brings to Equitrac more than 20 years experience in human resource management
in the high tech and professional services sectors. Prior to joining the company, she served as Executive Vice President of Resource
Management for the Convergent Group, a consultant to utility and local government clients in implementing Internet-based business solutions. At Cambridge Technology, she held several executive positions, including Director of HR for Customer Relationship Management and National Director of North American Recruitment.
She also served as Director of Human Resources for the management consulting practices of Ernst & Young, Arthur Anderson, LLP and Deloitte & Touche. She earned a BS in Psychology from Clark University.
Fred Whiteside

Product Development
Fred Whiteside has over 25 years of experience in the software and product development industries and leads all aspects of engineering for Equitrac. His roles range from global R&D to product definition/roadmap and strategic partnership activities.
Prior to joining the Equitrac team, Whiteside co-founded Beame & Whiteside Software Ltd., where he later co-authored one of the first TCP/IP protocol stacks for PCs, and eventually sold the business to Hummingbird Communications Ltd.
Fred also oversaw the award-winning DOCS family of document management systems, served as Vice President of engineering for BorderWare Technologies, and as Vice President of software engineering at SOMA Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master's degree in Computation from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

Craig Walford has over 15 years experience in developing and managing customer support and professional service organizations, including 10 years at the senior management level.
Prior to joining Equitrac, he was VP,
Channel Sales and Customer Support for Avotus Corporation, a technology company providing communications expense management solutions to global Fortune 2000 companies. Earlier, Craig served as VP of Customer Support and Professional Services at Switchview, a global provider of call center and telecom management solutions.
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Craig also holds a post-graduate diploma in Telecommunications Management from Sheridan College, and has completed numerous management programs
at Wilfrid Laurier University.
Jim Kano Senior VP |
Worldwide Sales & Marketing
Jim Kano is a 20-year veteran of global sales and marketing organizations.
Prior to Equitrac, he spent 10 years at EFI (NASDAQ: EFII) as VP of Worldwide OEM Sales for
controller and workflow software.
In this role, he was responsible for managing a
global sales organization of over 130 sales, field
sales engineers, OEM account managers and directors. He drove $300 million per year revenue to help EFI maintain its number one market share worldwide for third-party print controllers.
Prior to EFI, he worked in Sales at Read-Rite Corporation, a publicly traded company in the computer hardware industry.
Jim holds an MBA from San Jose State University and is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara.

North American Partner Sales
Joe Hartnett is responsible for managing and further developing relationships with channel partners and the company's distribution network of resellers and dealers. He brings over 20 years of
successful national and global sales and business development experience in both partner and direct sales.
Prior to joining Equitrac, he served as the Director of Sales for digital print solutions leader EFI, with the responsibility for the largest channel sales team, Xerox North America. Prior to this, he also managed multiple OEM channel sales teams at EFI and worked at Xerox for 13 years in a variety of sales and business development positions.
Joe holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York.

Chris Wyszkowski has more
than 17 years of experience as an executive manager and software developer and leads the marketing teams dedicated to bringing Equitrac solutions to market.
Prior to it's acquisition by Equitrac, Chris was President and CEO of ICG Research, an innovative provider of cost-recovery and expense management solutions for the professional markets. Chris was an original founder of ICG and led the company through its growth from a local solution provider to a global expense management supplier.
Chris studied Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Noel O'Dwyer VP |
Marketing, Strategic Alliances
Noel O'Dwyer is a seasoned veteran who brings
more than 15 years experience
in business development and alliance management for the software industry. His background
includes establishing and managing channel relationships with major firms in the software development & document management markets.
Prior to joining Equitrac, Noel worked for MetaCarta, a provider of geographic intelligence solutions, where he was Sr. Director of Channels and Alliances. In his role at eCopy, a market leader in ad-hoc scanning software, Noel focused on building a Third Party Alliances Program to execute the company document integration strategy. Previously, he was a Sr. Strategic Alliances Manager for Rational Software; and held senior positions at Cayenne Software, Inc. and FPS Computing, Inc.
Noel holds a degree in Telecommunications and Computer Sciences, from Limerick University in Ireland.
Gaetan Spake

Gaetan is a 20-year print industry veteran with a track record of developing successful partnerships and creating new business opportunities.
Prior to Equitrac, he served as Director of Software Product Marketing at EFI, Director of Product Marketing and Business Development at Splash Technology (later acquired by EFI), where he also served as Managing Director EMEA for the company.
Earlier in his career, Gaetan was responsible for International Product Planning and Management for Oce.
Gaetan is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris.

Installation Engineer - Waterloo, Canada
Responsible for deploying Equitrac solutions in advanced enterprise IT Infrastructures. Duties include working on pre-deployment solution design reviews with customers, working with customer IT experts during deployment, ability to work tight timelines, professionally manage difficult customer situations, provide professional and consistent communications and provide technical leadership as an Equitrac expert.

Project Coordinator - Waterloo, Canada Responsible for designing the solution deployment of Equitrac Solutions in advanced enterprise IT Infrastructures, working on pre-deployment solution design reviews with customers, providing assistance to Installation Engineers that deploy the Equitrac solution while working with customer IT experts and providing project management throughout the deployment. The Project Coordinator is the single point of accountability for implementation projects from a timeline, customer advocacy and customer satisfaction perspective. Duties include designing the Equitrac solution in advanced enterprise IT infrastructures, ability to work tight timelines, professionally manage difficult customer situations, provide professional and consistent communication and provide technical leadership as an Equitrac expert.

Partner Sales Executive (Latin America) - Miami, FL
Responsible for marketing and selling Equitrac products in Latin America through channel partners. The Partner Sales Executive (PSE) is teamed with an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to deliver against an assigned revenue objective. The ISR handles sales activities remotely via telephone and email and the PSE manages the local activities on the larger opportunities. The PSE is responsible for recruiting, training and supporting channel partner representatives (champions) that will then sell Equitrac solutions to their clients. The PSE will be responsible for managing sales opportunities within their territories, knowing when and how to leverage other resources (sales management, sales engineers, product experts, etc) to close deals. The PSE is expected to be directly involved with the channel partner on calling on all opportunities that can generate more than $25K of Equitrac hardware and software revenue. The PSE will assist the partner with quoting, proposal generation, solution presentation, negotiating as required and closing business against the assigned quota.
Requirements include a Bachelors Degree preferably in business or marketing, bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese (trilingual preferred), proven track record of overachievement with minimum 5-7 years experience in customer sales in a high tech complex sales environment, minimum 3 years experience selling in a channel/distributor model, experience in sales and marketing office products or computer systems/solutions, knowledge of IT systems and terminology in networking and database systems, ability to work both in a team environment and independently, excellent verbal and written skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and with CRM systems (preferably Oracle) and ability to travel 60+% in Latin America. Experience in or knowledge of higher education, legal and other professional and healthcare industries is beneficial.
Sales Engineer (Latin America) - Miami, FL
Responsible for providing technical assistance and helping to qualify leads, while providing pricing and product information as requested by all sales teams. Duties include participating in pre-installation analyses, providing feedback to cross-functional teams, assisting with customer demonstrations, and assisting with post-installation analyses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product Analyst - Waterloo, Canada
Working under the guidance of the Vice President of Product Management and with the other members of the Product Management team, the Product Analyst is responsible for performing Equitrac and competitive product testing; maintaining intelligence information, analysis and communication; coordinating the customization program; and coordinating early customer engagements and beta test programs.
Requirements include a university or college degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business; strong communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable interacting with customers and partners, as well as with all levels within the company; ability to write reports & analysis; excellent organizational skills and great attention to details; 3+ years direct experience with Equitrac product(s) or similar application and good understanding of product functions and customer usage; good technical understanding of networking and databases on Windows client/server technologies; ability to work in a team environment and handle proactively concurrent assignments within management guidelines; proficient with the MS Office suite and SharePoint; and ability to travel as required.

You will work as necessary with modules or subsystems for Equitrac's embedded applications development. You will be creating applications that control and streamline the workflow experience on multifunction devices from Equitrac manufacturer/ OEM partners.
Qualifications include a degree or diploma in Computer Science or Engineering, academic and/or
job-related Java programming experience, substantial development experience on Windows or UNIX, hands-on development skills in OOD, Patterns, multithreaded programming with multi-tier architectures, experience with J2ME, JUnit, Ant, Eclipse, experience with development in a constrained environment; ability to work both independently or as a team and have strong trouble- shooting and debugging skills. Director, Enterprise Software Development - Waterloo, Canada
Responsible for overseeing the development of current and new software products. Duties include: managing the development, enhancement, maintenance and troubleshooting of new and current software products, ensuring new products are designed and developed to meet high product quality standards, managing the software team task assignments, staff performance and monitoring the quality of the development work, and implementing infrastructure and quality improvement.
Requirements include a degree or diploma in Computer Science or Engineering, 8 years of experience in software development including distributed C++ applications for Windows, 4 years of software development management experience, 2 years of software design experience, extensive experience in networked software development, experience working with embedded environments, experience interfacing with OEM vendors, excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding troubleshooting skills.
Quality Assurance Specialist - Waterloo, Canada
Responsible for testing Equitrac's core document accounting solutions and products. Duties include developing test documentation, analyzing and troubleshooting issues, documenting testing activities, and participating in QA lab maintenance.
Requirements include a degree or diploma in Computer Science or Engineering, two years of structured software testing experience, applied knowledge of network environments, strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytic skills, strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
