Equitrac Enhances Sales and Marketing Management Team to Support Continued Growth
Industry veterans join print management solutions leader to focus on channel development and customer growth
Plantation, FL - June 22, 2009 -- Equitrac Corporation, the leading print and cost management solutions provider, today announced the enhancement of its management team with additional leadership – Joe Hartnett, Vice President of North American Partner Sales and Kimberly Meyers, Senior Director of Marketing.
Despite the challenging economy, Equitrac continues to expand and grow its business, distribution and customer reach. As a result, the company required additional leadership to expand support for customers and channel partners.
Joe Hartnett, VP of North American Partner Sales, is responsible for managing and further developing relationships with channel partners including the major print equipment manufacturers, Canon, HP, Konica Minolta, Oce, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba and Xerox -- and their distribution network of resellers and dealers. Hartnett brings over 20 years of successful national and global sales and business development experience in both partner and direct sales.
Prior to joining Equitrac, he served as the Director of Sales for digital print solutions leader EFI, with responsibility for the largest channel sales team, Xerox North America. Prior to this, Hartnett also managed multiple OEM channel sales teams at EFI and worked at Xerox for 13 years in a variety of sales and business development positions. Hartnett holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, where he was also elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and a BBA in Finance from St. Bonaventure University in New York.

Kimberly Meyers joins Equitrac as its Senior Director of Marketing responsible for its worldwide marketing programs with a keen focus on channel marketing. Meyers is an experienced marketer with 20 years of experience in printing and graphic arts. Her understanding of the markets, the channel and end customer requirements have been instrumental in her success. Her background runs deep in all aspects of marketing including product marketing, marketing communications and channel marketing management.
Most recently, she worked at XMPie, Inc., a Xerox company where she was instrumental in developing the XMPie Users Group as well as helping the company realize double digit growth over the past four years. There she managed marketing communications and recently channel business development. Meyers holds a Masters of Advertising from Northwestern University and a BS in Marketing from Tulsa University.
