- Merge onto I-595W toward I-95/Florida’s Turnpike
- Remain on I-595W to Exit 4 Pine Island Road
- Take Exit 4 Pine Island Road
- Merge onto the service road (also called FL-84) to the right
- At the first traffic light, go right onto South Pine Island Road
- At the second traffic light, go right onto Peters Road
- Take the first left into Crossroads Office Park
- 1000 South Pine Island Road (building name Royal Palm at Southpointe) is the 9-story building ahead on the right; parking is on the left opposite the building
- Equitrac is on the 9th floor, suite 900

- Follow signs for exiting the airport
- Merge onto Airport Exwy/Fl-112 E toward I-95N/Beaches (portions are toll)
- Take the I-95S exit toward Downtown and merge onto I-95N/Fl-9A N via the exit on the left heading toward Ft. Lauderdale/Orlando
- Merge onto Florida’s Turnpike N via left exit 12A toward SR-826W (portions toll)
- Exit at exit 54 for I-595 W.
- Remain on I-595W to Exit 4 Pine Island Road
- Take Exit 4 Pine Island Road
- Merge onto the service road (also called FL-84) to the right
- At the first traffic light, go right onto South Pine Island Road
